• Instructions: For optimal results, apply this temporary hair coloring to level 10 light blonde hair. Lighten hair with our Lightening Kit and dispense color into our Tool Kit. Use gloves to avoid staining. Conduct a strand test with the blue hair dye prior to sectioning hair into 4 parts and applying evenly. Ensure full saturation of color. Allow to process for 30 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
